As most buying happens through their catalog, Uno Alla Volta needed help boosting their e-commerce presence. The team had limited resources to measure digital success and was looking to accurately track their digital channels while growing critical e-commerce sales.
NetElixir crafted a custom digital advertising solution that focused on acquiring high-value shoppers. We started off by creating funnels within Google Analytics to measure a buyer’s journey. Then, we implemented our proprietary customer intelligence platform, LXRInsights. With these two tools, we developed advanced audience segmentation and an understanding of the purchase behavior of high-value shoppers. We matched these insights with behavioral-based user targeting across paid media channels. On Facebook Ads and the Google Display Network, we implemented prospecting campaigns to reach much-needed new customers at the top of the purchase funnel. Finally, we prioritized product-focused search campaigns on Paid Search and Google Shopping to acquire the right type of customer at the bottom of the purchase funnel. Uno Alla Volta’s partnership with NetElixir successfully revitalized the brand among high-value shoppers and drove measurable growth in e-commerce sales.
