NetElixir offers its visitors and customers a means to choose
how we may use information provided. If, at any time after
registering for information or ordering Services, you change
your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing
your information with third parties, send us a request specifying

Updating Your Information
We provide all visitors to the Site options for reviewing,
changing, and modifying personally identifiable information
previously provided. To update your organization's profile,
user profiles, billing information or to discontinue the

Customer
Policy
Our Customers
NetElixir is a third party pay-per-click search engine manual
keyword bid management service provider, to client web sites.
Customers of the Service will be using NetElixir's "Total
Bid Management" service to manage keyword bids for
their Overture, Google Adwords and Findwhat accounts. NetElixir
would provide the customers with campaign performance analysis
reports from time to time. Any Data obtained by NetElixir
from the Customer Site is and will be the propriety and
confidential information of Customer, and NetElixir will
not disclose such information to any third party. NetElixir
will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference
any such Data except as requested by the Customer or as
may be required by law. Individual records may at times
be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving
a problem, support issue, billing, or as may be required
by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
and security of their usernames and passwords to log into
their account.
Recommended Clause for Customer's
Privacy Statements
NetElixir recommends that contracted customers using the
Service add a statement or clause to their privacy policy
identifying that they are using a third party to track
visitor behavior to their site. An example of a statement
is found below.

contracted with NetElixir to provide third party manual
keyword bid management services and provide reports analyzing
campaign performance that helps in maximizing the ROI

right to publish non-personally identifiable, summary
