The Kansas City Steak Company has been a paid search client of ours for a few years now, and just last week Google featured them as an online advertising success story in their Economic Impact Report!
We are incredibly proud to be a part of another PPC success story, and even more proud of the incredible work done by the Kansas City Steaks team. To show our excitement, we wanted to share some of our history working with Kansas City Steaks, and highlight some of their most recent accomplishments throughout our time managing their paid search!
The Kansas City Steak Company is a family-run business and leading manufacturer of premium beef, poultry, seafood, and other delicacies, as well as a home-delivery service for these gourmet goods. We began working with Kansas City Steaks back in 2011, and have since been managing their paid search campaigns to stay ahead of their competitors and always on the lookout to find ways to drive more conversions online. Check out some of the key accomplishments of Kansas City Steaks within the past year that Google has featured in their Economic Impact Report!
In 2014, Kansas City Steaks grew PPC as a percentage of their site revenue from 30% to 34%. We found that although their non-brand ads required a 27% higher spend, they generated 32% higher revenues. Non-brand ad assisted conversions then also increased by 108%.
During the holiday season in particular, paid search revenue increased by a whopping 44%. We were able to increase non-brand ad revenue by 45%, while only increasing spend by 17%. Paid search as a whole assisted in increasing conversions by 27% from the previous year!
